     Hey guys! I'm going to keep the beginning of the post moderately short because ,let's be honest, no one likes intros!      Hello everybody! I posted a bit about a novel that I was writing not too long ago and you guys seemed to really enjoy it! So, I thought I would share a couple of my ideas with you guys in a few different blog posts. I have so many different ideas pop into my brain for book ideas and I would absolutely love to hear what you guys think or any other ideas you guys have for books of your own! The Death Disease   Fear struck throughout my body as I heard the door crack open. I tried not to make a sound as I reached for the knife wedged beneath my pillow. The door slowly opened and I  was ready to throw the knife at whoever was coming in. I didn’t trust what they were doing here. It just didn’t seem right. “What are you doing here?!?” I whispered in relief

     I have been dealing with anxiety for quite a while now. I know that many of you have also been dealing with struggles in your life, like anxiety. It's something that can greatly impact our lives and the way we live them. For example, today my art club went on a tour of a nearby college campus. We were eating in the food court and my friends were extremely loud and very obnoxious. Everyone was starring at us and giving us dirty looks. That's when my anxiety kicked in. I ran into the bathroom to try and calm myself down. Over the years, I have learned a couple of things that help calm me down when my anxiety takes over.  Breathe - You always have to keep your breathing slow and steady. I always shut my eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. I actually find this to be extremely hard when I'm having an anxiety attack, but doing it will help so much. You are in a state where your mind is racing, breathing helps to slow down your heart rate which helps

     I have something to admit.... I have an addiction to Instagram! I spend too much time scrolling through and looking at everything people post. There are so many stunning Instagram accounts out there that I am obsessed with! I wanted to tell you guys about some awesome accounts that I have been loving! Make sure you go check out all of these accounts and show them some love!  ohkristenjoy - This first Instagram account is one of my absolute favorites! Kristen has one of the best Instagram accounts that I have ever seen. Looking at her Instagram is so calming and it makes you feel so good inside! Kristen is also an amazing blogger! This girl is filled with so much talent and I really urge all of you to check her out. thesundaychapter - This next account is one you guys may have seen if you've looked at anyone's stories lately.      This week I have gone into the black hole of Netflix to try and find some new shows to watch. I even asked a few of you guys on Instagram for recommendations.
