     I have been dealing with anxiety for quite a while now. I know that many of you have also been dealing with struggles in your life, like anxiety. It's something that can greatly impact our lives and the way we live them. For example, today my art club went on a tour of a nearby college campus. We were eating in the food court and my friends were extremely loud and very obnoxious. Everyone was starring at us and giving us dirty looks. That's when my anxiety kicked in. I ran into the bathroom to try and calm myself down. Over the years, I have learned a couple of things that help calm me down when my anxiety takes over.  Breathe - You always have to keep your breathing slow and steady. I always shut my eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. I actually find this to be extremely hard when I'm having an anxiety attack, but doing it will help so much.      I have something to admit.... I have an addiction to Instagram! I spend too much time scrolling through and looking at everything people post. There are so many stunning Instagram accounts out there that I am obsessed with! I wanted to tell you guys about some awesome accounts that I have been loving!      I cannot believe that it's almost March! It's absolutely crazy how fast 2018 is flying by! Since February is coming to a close, I thought that I would share some of my favorite products that I used this month. If you want to grab any of these products, they will all be linked in this post. Without further ado, here are my February favorites!      The first thing I have been absolutely loving is the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. I am in love with this product! I have sensitive skin so it is always hard to find a good face wash that won't break me out, so when I found out that this one didn't I was so excited!      I recently purchased the Jaclyn Hill palette from Morphe and I wanted to let you guys know what I think about it. I am obsessed with makeup palettes, brushes, and just about anything you can think of, So, when someone recommended this eyeshadow palette to me I raced to my computer to buy one and see what makes this palette so amazing. To be honest I thought there would be no way that I would ever use the Royalty, Twerk, Pool Party, and Jada shades, but when i swatched them I loved that they weren't too hard to blend and I actually loved them.        Hey guys! I know it's been a while since I posted, but i'm back now! I asked you guys on Instagram what you wanted to see and most of you said that you wanted to see what music i'm listening to. Every month I make a playlist of my favorite songs at the time. This makes it so much easier to find the songs I want to listen to ,and it keeps my music organized. So, I thought I would share my latest playlist with you guys!       I found a cover of Beyonce's song Crazy in Love that I am absolutely in LOVE with!
